Integrity Promotion at the New Materials Industry Group’s Cadre Meeting  

On May 9, the 2026 Cadre Conference of the New Materials Industry Group was held in Quzhou, during which an integrity promotion session for cadres was also conducted. Qin Fuchao from the Group’s Audit and Supervision Center reported on the anti-corruption situation and typical cases, interpreted the working principles for integrity and self-discipline, and emphasized mechanisms such as management accountability and the one-vote veto for integrity violations. He reminded all cadres to strengthen their sense of responsibility, strictly observe ethical boundaries, and promote management transformation and strategic implementation with an upright work style, thereby fostering a clean and honest environment for development.

Integrity Training for New Hires in the Procurement Center

The company specially organized integrity training for new employees of the Procurement Center, focusing on integrity risks throughout the procurement process. The training covered work procedures, ethical boundaries, gift and hospitality management, and more, clearly defining behavioral limits and red lines. It guided new employees to uphold professional ethics of honesty, compliance, and fair conduct from the very beginning of their careers, building a solid first line of defense for integrity in their work.

Supervision and Inspection at the Quzhou Base

Meanwhile, the supervision and inspection project at the Quzhou Base is progressing in an orderly manner. This inspection adopts an innovative six-in-one model comprising interviews, document review, site visits, integrity training, case investigation, and labor discipline inspection. Organizing integrity training for base employees is a key component. Through targeted integrity briefings and risk interpretation, the training further strengthens the integrity awareness of all base personnel, embeds integrity concepts deeply into front-line operations, reinforces the ideological defense against corruption, and supports the thorough implementation of supervisory inspection.

 These training sessions, warnings, and reminders demonstrate Huayou’s firm determination to advance integrity building. Moving forward, the company will continue to deepen integrity education, integrate it with various specialized initiatives, and promote regular, targeted integrity training.
